Do I need prior experience in care for the elderly?
No, prior experience in senior care is not necessary. We will provide you with the procedures and materials you'll need to run a Regency Senior Care Agency. We do look for candidates that have strong organizational or marketing skills, adequate business experience, and a desire to make a difference in people's lives.
How are Regency Senior Care Agency Franchises awarded?
Agency franchised territories are awarded on an individual agency-by-agency basis. Multiple franchises are awarded based upon your background, prior business experience and adherence to the Regency Senior Care System.
How much does it cost to establish a Regency Senior Care Agency?
The estimated initial investment required ranges between $46,550 to $59,750, including the franchise fee of $31,500. As with any business venture, it's important that you have the capital needed to adequately fund your new business.
What is the term of the Franchise Agreement?
The initial term of the Franchise Agreement is 10 years and may be renewed for additional terms for so long as you comply with the terms and conditions of your agreement. There are no additional franchise fees charged upon renewal.
Will I receive training from the company?
Yes. You'll receive complete training courses (both at our corporate offices and on-site) and related materials. You'll also receive, among other things, detailed Operations and Caregiver Manuals, access to our exclusive marketing materials and software programs, the rights to use our trademarks, and ongoing support.
Is financing available?
We do not offer direct financing, but financially qualified franchisees can access 3rd party banks or SBA loan finance programs.
What is the royalty fee?
The royalty fee is 5% of revenue less any sales taxes that may be payable on your revenues.
